North Ave Beach Engagement Session
We were SO excited to head out to Chicago and hit up North Ave Beach for Kendra and Jimmy’s engagement session. Chicago was the first destination we ever traveled to for a session. That time, we blew out a tire 30 minutes away from the city, so we hoped this trip went smoother. First step, we took a plane this time. Get excited for this Chicago destination engagement session!
Travel Sessions
One thing that we think is super fun about traveling to our couples is that we get to see their lives in a place they call home. Getting to hear where they head to dinner or about their favorite areas of the city just makes it so much more special. We loved joining them for a delicious Italian dinner and we loved it so much that we had to go back when we were in Chicago again in December.
For Kendra and Jimmy’s session, we meandered around Millennium Park. Then we made our way over to Lincoln Park where we got the last of the fall color. We finished our session at our fav spot in Chicago – North Ave Beach!! We’ve now photographed there for three different sessions and every time it looks different – but equally stunning! We love it!
StoneRidge Golf Club Wedding
We’re soooo freakin’ excited to photograph their Memorial Weekend wedding at StoneRidge Golf Club! They are going to have a gooooorg September wedding. We are a little biased, because we got married in September, but September weddings are BOMB! It’s going to be absolutely amazing!! Kendra and Jimmy are a hoot and we’ve heard that their dance floor is going to be packed – let’s go!
