The 3 Ten Event Center Wedding
The morning of Jamie & John’s The 3 Ten Event Center wedding, Jamie and the girls were reminiscing on the groups’ past weddings. Jamie’s wedding party was made up of her college girlfriends, sister, and to-be-sisters. They got teary as they noted that this was the last wedding of this friend group. They slipped all of their engagement rings on Jamie’s finger (tehehe) and a few tears may have been shed as this day kicked off the ending of this season of their lives.
We felt similarly. In 2018, we met Shannon and Ben and got introduced to this friend group at their wedding the following year. Since then, we’ve been fortunate enough to be welcomed into their friend group with open arms photographing numerous weddings, family sessions, dog sessions, and more! We feel so lucky to get to know these ladies and their spouses (and parents, siblings, and wedding guests)!
But that’s actually not where we met Jamie and John first. While we went to high school with John, our first real interaction was at Cortnie and Alex’s wedding in 2018. Cortnie and Alex were one of the first handful of couples to ever hire us. We got to know John as a groomsmen and then when I spotted Jamie on the dance floor, I immediately recognized her from the dance world.
Since then, we got to hang with Jamie and John at five other weddings as they were groomsmen, bridesmaids, or guests. When Jamie and John got engaged and reached out, you can imagine the MAJOR celebratory dance we were doing. Like Jamie and John’s long relationship leading up to this day, we felt like our career and friendships with so many people here, were leading up to this day, too. You may even catch a photo of us with 8 (!!!) other Cameron & Tia couples in attendance at their wedding! But first, enjoy some photos we have taken of Jamie and John through the years.

Jamie and John
Jamie and John are absolutely incredible. They are kind and thoughtful. Jamie and John are fun and joyful. They bring so much comfort to every interaction. But also, they are SO. DANG. COOL. We knew it the second we saw them dancing on the Bendzick’s dance floor. Everyone wants to be around them and they are just infectious. We feel so lucky to know them.
Their Wedding Day
All that, and we haven’t even told you about the day yet. So picture, The cozy 3 Ten Event Center with gorgeous Christmas trees, all the merry people that Jamie and John have surrounded themselves with and a CRAZY snowfall during dinner. Jamie and John planned a day to perfection that their guests raved about. Jamie and John, we hope you are enjoying your newlywed bliss. We are SO thankful for this friendship that we formed over the last five years and feel SO lucky to have photographed your wedding. We hope you absolutely LOVE your blog post preview!
