Choosing One Package
We have one package and one package only. No different tiers or levels. It’s so important to keep things as simple as possible for your clients. This way there’s a straightforward path, rather than having to debate which package to go for based on add-ons. Having one package makes it easier for clients and allows them to still add other things on à la carte.
In our very first package, we had an 8-hour plan and then clients were able to add on time. However, as we started drafting schedules we realized that the day wasn’t always consistent. We would then have to go back and ask if the clients could pay for that extra time, which didn’t feel great. Now we get full control and can fully serve our clients by getting the perfect amount of coverage.
Three More Things Included In Their Package
First, a complimentary engagement session. This helps us build a relationship and connection so we truly know them because we want to get to know them, and it makes the wedding photography even more smooth. Second, our clients get printing rights to all edited digital images that are included. Plus a guarantee of at least 50 pictures per hour. This way they feel secure right away and it’s built into their contract. Lastly, we allow our clients to have unlimited planning and consultation with us. We have a personal relationship with our clients and get to help to answer questions or giving another opinion.
