Today we are giving you a full office reveal and showing you how we styled our Billy Bookcase Built ins and built our eclectic gallery wall! We hope you’ve seen part one which is us building the entire bookshelves and today we are styling all of them! So we are organizing all of the books and Shelby will be helping me style everything, so we’re going to show you everything we bought and how we’re going to put it together!

Unpacking the Goodies

Shelby and I started by unwrapping all of the new frames and prints. We cleaned all of the frames to make sure they weren’t streaking or dusty, and then planned which prints were going in which frames! We also unpacked the new goodies! I found the cutest vases, some funky mushroom jars, flower pots, and fake flowers to put in them.

Filling the Shelves & Adding the Fun Stuff

After organizing the frames and prints, we also took on organizing all of my books. Once we decided which ones we wanted to keep, we filled our shelves! In the closed cabinets, we put my office supplies and miscellaneous items that don’t need to be out on the shelves. From there, we added all of the fun stuff! We added the plants, designed the book display, threw in the vases and other pots, and added the fun stuff like candles and globes.

Finishing up Styling Details

We had to leave for a shoot, so Shelby, Juan, and Amy finished up the styling details for them. They put the rug down and brought in the desk. They were so close to being done!

When we got home, Shelby got my live reaction of seeing my office all done. It looked SOOO good, I loved it!

Creating the Gallery Wall

The last step in my office was to create the eclectic gallery wall! We laid out the gallery wall and picked out what goes where. We have some really big pieces, some medium colorful pieces, and some smaller items as well.

We walked through all of the options of where we could put each frame and item before really nailing down a spot. Juan got up on the ladder and made sure they were all in the right place and all level.

Once we finished putting up the gallery wall, we wanted to get Cameron’s reaction! We called him upstairs and had him close his eyes to get a true reaction! In Cameron’s words, “wowwwwwwwww” and “pretty cool!”
