Warm Adventure through the Arboretum

We photographed Stacia & Spencer’s engagement session back in September. Since then, we have photographed a good 20+ engagement sessions and while each session has its own awesome-ness, Stacia & Spencer’s was by far the most joyful adventure. These guys are the real deal. They are so full of happiness and affection towards each other, which made this session a piece of cake for us. It’s so easy to photograph a couple who is so clearly in love and loves having a great time with each other. This was exactly the case with these two love birds. They were eager to frolic in the field, adventure through the willows, and snuggle on a sun-soaked hill. But just you wait, it’s gets even better than the typical engagement session.

Paul Revere and the Raiders

A few days before their session, Stacia reached out with a brilliant idea that she had. In her own words, “My mom and dad are also very weird and they had a hilarious wedding back in the day. My dad is a musician and he loves a band called “Paul Revere and the Raiders,” so they essentially had a Paul Revere and the Raiders themed wedding.” So with that, Stacia and Spencer arrived to their session in Stacia’s parents’ wedding attire – with full out ruffles and a hat lined with feathers. A Whole Lot of You

We LOVE when our couples make their sessions radiate “them.” That’s the point, right? From a hot tub session, to just chilling at home, to ice cream at their favorite local shop, that’s what it’s all about people.
