We were so thrilled when Sarah & Tony chose Minneapolis for their engagement session! We love Minneapolis because of its rich cultural heritage, beautiful architecture, and gorgeous sunsets. It truly is an ideal location for an engagement session. We planned to take Sarah & Tony to the Mill City Ruins first and then end with an epic sunset on the rooftop parking garage overlooking downtown.
Our Stops for the Engagement Session
Our first stop was the Mill City Ruins, a historic site located in the heart of the city. This former flour mill is now a park, if you can believe it! It offers stunning views of the Mississippi River and the St. Anthony Falls. The ruins provided a unique and romantic backdrop for Sarah & Tony’s photos. As the sun began to set, the warm light created a dreamy and intimate atmosphere.
After exploring the Mill City Ruins, we headed to a rooftop parking garage in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The views from this location were simply breathtaking. We had a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and its towering skyscrapers. As the sun set, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant pinks, purples, and oranges, providing a stunning backdrop for Sarah & Tony’s portraits.
Throughout the session, Sarah & Tony were natural and relaxed in front of the camera. They were affectionate and playful with each other, especially twirling around the rooftop parking garage. We could see the love and connection they share, and it was a joy to capture it through our lens.
The Best Night Ever
In conclusion, Sarah & Tony’s engagement session was a wonderful celebration of their love and commitment to each other. We are obsessed with this engagement session because of the beautiful locations we visited and Sarah & Tony’s genuine connection. We cannot wait for your winter wedding at The Blaisdell!
