Lauren and Adam’s Spring Minneapolis Golf Club wedding was a complete dream. As you can imagine, photographing weddings can be a tad bit stressful sometimes. There’s a lot going on, sometimes family tension, sometimes rushed timelines or tricky lighting situations, and every once in a while, like on Lauren and Adam’s day, Minnesota is calling for a full-on mix of rain and snow. But just like we kept telling Lauren and Adam, their day was oh-so-easy. First off, somehow we dodged the snow and rain forecast and ended up with a breezy, perfect spring day. Which in our experience, is super rare in Minnesota. There’s always some sort of weather weirdness going on, whether that be constant rain or an April blizzard.

Instead we were left with blue skies and a beautiful day. Second, Lauren and Adam have surrounded themselves with the most wonderful people that made photographing their day simple. They have supportive families and fun friends that are ready to go with the flow and celebrate this amazing couple. Third, though in reality, not last because everything about this day it was easy and amazing, was working with the wonderful vendor team! Some of our favorites were in the house on Saturday, including Ashley Skeie on floral and Ana Elisa on hair, bringing their A-game and making Lauren and Adam’s wedding dreams come true!
