Mayowood Stone Barn Wedding
We had high expectations for Mayowood Stone Barn (as it was our first time photographing there), and then we arrived on the most perfect, breezy day and the venue shattered through our expectations. IT’S. STUNNING. The venue is split into lots of different spaces including a stunning ceremony site under a big huge tree with arching branches. Not to mention, the property has all of the prettiest places for sunset portraits and what a sunset we got!!
Nikki and Mason are incredible. Nikki’s dad commented that Mason gifted him a father’s day gift just a few months into dating Nikki and that is the absolute best description we can think of for the two of them. They are both selfless, loving, and care so intensely for those around them. Mason came to find us pre-ceremony to make sure we had gotten lunch, drinks, and all the things!!! WHAT?! How absolutely kind. They invited us up to their cabin for engagement photos, gifted us with a case of spotted cow, and hosted us for dinner and drinks. You guys, we can’t even express how amazing they are. And it’s so clear that all of their friends and family feel the same way.
Now this wedding. We are SO giddy to post this blog. We just love SO many choices they made on their day. Plus, they were blessed with amazing weather, the best friends, and the kindest family, so serving them on their day was a breeze. Okay, we’ll stop talking now, because you’ve just got to see it to believe how awesome this day was!! Congratulations you two, enjoy this big ole preview!!
