Pinewood Wedding
Imagine the sun peeking through the tall pines as Kendra makes her way down the aisle for her Pinewood wedding. Only their closest friends and family surround them (at a safe distance, of course), sitting on wooden benches to listen in as Kendra and Nate take their vows. A beautiful floral arch by Ashley Skeie stands behind them as Liz Rae pronounces them husband and wife. Y’all, this day was something serious!!
Kendra and Nate were originally planning a cozy, winter wedding next January. When COVID hit, they stripped their day down to what was really important to them; an intimate day with those who mean the most to them and getting freakin’ married (but also, a pretty outdoor ceremony among Pinewood’s pines). They shifted backward to August and replanned their day to still include all of their desires – yummy cookies, frolicking at sunset, and a meaningful ceremony – but just a bit smaller. Their Thursday soiree was all that and a bag of chips (don’t think I’ve ever used that expression, but it felt appropriate here).
Kendra and Nate, you are just the sweetest. Your love is so pure and we absolutely adore spending time with you. From the second we received y’all inquiry, we were SO excited to meet you guys. We loved our time at Taylors Falls and loved your wedding day even more! Congratulations you two! Enjoy this preview!!
