A Hutton House Event Full of Energy
Oh where to start. Chelsea and Leib rushed The Hutton House dance floor through an arch way of lights held by their guests. They were immediately swallowed in the middle of the dance floor surrounded by everyone. Now, when we say everyone, we mean it. While there were tables and chairs nearby, no one sat and watched. Everyone was up clapping, circling, and cheering on Chelsea and Leib. There were chicken fights (yes, on land, when we thought they were tough in water), balloons full of confetti being popped, ribbon streamers that were shaken as they twirled around the bride, a show where the men showed off their skills (we’re not talking a fun dance move, we’re talking acrobatics and breakdancing), juggling, and that was just in the first fifteen minutes of the dance.
Congratulations, Chelsea and Leib!
Chelsea and Leib and their families hosted an incredible event for the guests last Tuesday. Events by Jess knocked out the coordination out of the park and showed off The Hutton House‘s stunning spaces while staying true to Chelsea and Leib’s style and the rich tradition of their wedding. For our first time at The Hutton House, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the space. Boy, does a venue like this make the photographer’s job easy. Not only is every corner an exquisite backdrop, but gorgeous lighting washes over the entire space, from the courtyard ceremony spot to the bridal suite. Heather Trachsel and Salon Intrigue had Chelsea looking like the most classic, ridiculously striking bride. So much so, that to Tia’s embarrassment, for an instant, she didn’t even recognize Chelsea when she entered the bridal suite. Chelsea seriously looked like a movie star!
When Chelsea and Leib got to sneak away during cocktail hour for us to capture their bride and groom portraits, they were just adorable. So giggly and clearly ecstatic to finally be together in each other’s arms. Chelsea and Leib, you are both a bright light! You are kind, and thoughtful, and light up the room! We loved being a part of your big day and are so thankful to you two! Congratulations!
