Bearpath Country Club Spring Wedding
A crisp wind blew over the Bearpath Country Club ceremony site, but guests were snuggled next to heaters to stay warm. Behind the couple, the grass was rich and green, bright florals hung above their heads, and there wasn’t a rain drop in sight despite the forecast for the last two weeks. Jake pulled out his vows, single-space and two full pages and made a joke about the length which the guests exploded in laughter. See, Jake is the type of person that everyone loves. He kisses you on the cheek when greeting you, cares to get to know you deeper than the surface level, and is first to thank, compliment, and praise. Jake then began to read his personal vows and brought the guests to tears. Kristine then took the mic. To us, the vows they gave explained the perfect balance between these two. Kristine’s vows were full of grace, class, poise, and a little pinch of adorableness, just like her. While Jake’s charm and admiration for Kristine shown through. They slipped on their rings and Kristine reached across to wipe a tear from Jake’s eye.
A Gorgeous Spring Day
As you can imagine, we were puddles on the floor. While this little snippet of the ceremony stuck out to us, everything about this day was absolutely amazing. From a rockstar bridal party, to big ole spring blooms all around Bearpath Country Club, to the swoon-worthy florals by Indulge & Bloom. Some of our favorite shots are of the bridesmaids glammed up by Hair by BK and Lindsey Jo Makeup standing peacefully under the white blossom trees. But most importantly, Jake and Kristine’s thoughtfulness trumped all. They care so deeply about everyone around them. These two are so kind and sincere.
Grateful for your Friendship
Kristine and Jake: from Jake’s med school headshots to your engagement session, to double dates to now, we are so thankful that we’ve gained a friendship in you guys. You two are so freakin’ fun and while we are so sad that you’ll be heading off to Fargo (for amazing things, nonetheless), we’ll miss you and are so glad that we could spend the best day ever celebrating you two! Enjoy Costa Rica!!
