Minnesota Landscape Arboretum Senior

Summer of 2018 was a summer full of rain. Like seriously, a downpour every single week. And when we schedule a senior experience shoot for every single evening in August, that means a lot of rain outs. While Abby’s original session rained out, it was a blessing in disguise. Instead of a rain soaked day, we got to trek around the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum on a breezy, beautiful September day. The sun was warm and even better, the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum had popcorn. What’s better than that?

Abby, a girl after our heart, was obviously a popcorn fan. So after she worked it, strutted, and “smized,” we sat and chilled with some of that good ole popcorn. Moral of the story? Yeah, obviously popcorn rocks, BUT it’s that senior pictures don’t need to be stuffy and boring. It’s a hangout session. It’s a chance to relax and unwind. Most of all, it’s an opportunity to be yourself in a chill environment. And of course, we’ll be around to shoot you in that environment.
