Love has a remarkable way of finding its path, and for Katie and Mitch, that journeyed through all sorts of long distance between them and cities to call home and then that path led them to the breathtaking mountains of North Carolina. Growing up and Katie attending summer camp in this serene setting in the mountains, it was only fitting that they chose The White Crow Wedding Venue as the backdrop for their special day. Despite the spitting rain (we learned that term from Katie, hehe), their wedding was nothing short of magical, filled with heartwarming moments, delectable food, and an unforgettable dance floor.

Nestled amidst the picturesque blue mountains, The White Crow Wedding Venue set the stage for Katie and Mitch’s dream wedding. Despite the light rain that graced the day, the couple fearlessly embraced the beauty of nature, exchanging their vows in an outdoor ceremony overlooking the majestic landscape. The misty ambiance added an enchanting touch, making their union even more extraordinary. And, we will be honest, there were a lot of misty eyes 😉 (and full blown tears) during this emotional ceremony!!

Katie’s bridesmaids donned gorgeous mismatched shades of blue. Against the backdrop of the mountainous scenery, the bridesmaids radiated grace and beauty, complementing Katie’s own radiant presence. Katie and Mitch treated their guests to a delightful feast of pizza and cannolis. This unconventional choice perfectly reflected their laid-back and fun-loving nature, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to savor every moment and indulge in the delicious treats. No wedding celebration is complete without a lively dance floor, and Katie and Mitch’s wedding reception was no exception. The evening was filled with infectious joy as guests let loose and danced the night away.

The mountains of North Carolina provided the perfect setting for their heartfelt union, surrounded by loved ones from across the United States. Katie and Mitch, we feel so lucky to know you guys. You are the kindest, most genuine people, clearly demonstrated by the community you’ve surrounded yourselves with trekking up the mountains to celebrate with you.
