Minnetonka Summer Wedding

After a month of crazy Minnesota weather with torrential downpours, steamy humid heat, or a combination of the both, Minnetonka area was finally ready to show off. And it was perfect timing as Kaitlin and Zach welcomed family from nine (!!!) different states to celebrate their marriage. Kaitlin prepped for the big day at her childhood home nestled next to a pond where the wind blew gently through the trees and all her closest gal pals relaxed inside. It all came full circle as Kaitlin’s mom buttoned up Kaitlin’s dress in her childhood bedroom to ready her to marry the man she’ll spend the rest of her life with.

Life of Laughter

In their ceremony, it was noted that both strongly admired the others’ sense of humor and this sentiment could not be more evident to us. As Kaitlin approached Zach for the first time on their wedding day, the anticipation built until she tapped him on the shoulder. From there on out, until we left at sundown, these two were a full on laugh-fest. They laughed through portraits, through reuniting with friends and family, and on the dance floor. Continue to carry this laughter through your life and we know that you will have a blessed marriage.

Zach and Kaitlin, we sure have been thankful to be a part of your journey together. From all the emailing between Maryland and Minnesota, to a freezing engagement session in Minnesota, all the way to your wedding day, it has all been absolutely amazing. Continue to leave the last bite of the chocolate ice cream for the other person like Kaitlin’s parents and you guys will have an amazing life! We love you two!!
