Taylor’s Falls Heat
Guys, this was a hot one. And while obviously, these two humans are smokin’ good looking, we’re not just talking about that. Minnesota had a rare hot streak of 100 degree+ days this past fall and unfortunately, Danika and Blake’s Taylors Falls/Interstate Park engagement session fell on one of those days. And guys, it was HOT, like sweat dripping down your back, not exactly how you want to feel during your once-in-a-lifetime engagement shoot. Multiply that with climbing rocks up and down the Taylor’s Falls shoreline and you can imagine how exhausting the heat was.
The Ultimate Rockstars
But once you take a look at these photos, you’ll find that if we didn’t tell you how hot it was, you likely wouldn’t have had a clue. That’s because Danika and Blake are absolute rockstars. Seriously guys, the definition of rockstars. When we sat down for coffee with Danika and Blake, we instantly connected. Danika is so passionate and that radiates from her the instant you meet her. Blake is not only supportive to the ends of the earth, but funny and willing to go with the flow. And there’s more! These two love hard. They exchange playful banter as we walked between spots, when they look at each other they lock eyes like the world has stopped spinning, and they wrap up in hugs that perfectly fit into the nooks and crannies of the other person. They are head over heels in love with each other. So as you can imagine, their engagement photos are absolutely amazing; full of emotion and true love.
A Deep, Fierce Love
One thing we love about Cameron & Tia couples is that they love fiercely and intend on making that the focus of their wedding day. They aren’t concerned with what you’re supposed to do or how it’s supposed to go. They are concerned with celebrating a marriage they hope to build that is bigger and better than a single wedding day. They’re concerned with hosting a party that celebrates their fierce love. Period. Danika and Blake are the definition of this and we can’t wait for their wedding, a day we know will truly embrace their raw, deep, and kind love.
