What about Newborn Photos? 

We photograph newborn photos in a lifestyle fashion - typically a majority of time spent is in the parents’ arms or laying on safe surfaces. We don’t manipulate the babies position, so you won’t see any babies in poses that they wouldn’t be in in their typical daily life. You can do a newborn session for any of our three session types. First, rarely, our clients plan for a newborn session at a mini session, just note that you won’t have control over the timing, so if your baby comes early or late, that may disrupt your plans for a pre-date-planned mini session. Our clients most commonly do full sessions for newborn sessions. We’ll either be welcomed into their home (don’t worry, we’ll prep you with lots of details to prep your home but every home is perfect for a newborn session) or we’ll help secure a studio. Full sessions are great so that no one is in a rush and you can have a gentle session. And then many of our clients book milestone sessions when expecting and use their anytime/anywhere sessions for a newborn session in-home or in-studio. For both the anytime/anywhere milestone session and the full session, we’ll tentatively put a date on the calendar and then once baby is born, we’ll get connecting and reschedule accordingly to have baby’s session around 7 - 14 days old. These sessions in indoor spaces are typically scheduled around 10 or 11 am for the best lighting.
